1. Consigned SMT Assembly (Labor-Only)
The client is responsible for procuring all components and providing them to the SMT factory for assembly and soldering services. After processing, the finished PCBAs are delivered to the client. The factory's responsibility is limited to the soldering quality and does not cover the quality of the PCBs or components. The factory is also not responsible for export-related matters; the client must handle these themselves. This model means the client bears more of the quality risk.

2. Turnkey PCB and Assembly (Labor and Materials)
The client is responsible for design and R&D. Once complete, they provide the Gerber files, Bill of Materials (BOM), programming files, and assembly instructions to the supplier.
